A business card – can you think of a simpler and a cheaper way to promote your company and yourself? Many times business cards are the first presentation of your business and therefore you should pay a lot of attention to the way your business card looks. Traditionally you will find the giver’s name, company affiliation (usually with a logo) and contact information such as street addresses, telephone number or office number and e-mail addresses on the business card. But that does not mean that this is all you are supposed to have on your card. Be creative – a business card is in some sense a means to communicate your company’s values, attitudes and beliefs. But bear in mind that it still has to look professional and representative.
The materials and designs used in printing business cards vary a lot. You can have your card printed on simple white paper or you can have it colorful. You can have it single- sided or double sided. They can have glossy lamination or silky. If you want your business card to be a bit more elegant then you can have it printed on plastic- can you imagine something more classy than a business card printed on black plastic and with golden print!
On the other hand, if you would like to be a bit trendier then you can consider printing your business card on transparent plastic, unfortunately this material will work only for single-sides cards. Finally, if you are looking for something extraordinary you can consider getting a magnetic business card.
